Since its launch, Wakeupsales CRM has been scoring high on customer satisfaction. And no doubt, CompareCamp awarded us with the ‘Rising Star of the Year‘ & ‘Great User Experience‘ Awards last week. We can’t be any happier & want to thank you all for your support. It’s what keeps us going.

Coming back to the product, we’ve been working round the clock (barring those long coffee breaks) on a ton of new & exciting things. A few of those have already found their way into the CRM & a whole lot more are on their way.

Wakeupsales is known across its customer base as one of the easiest CRMs available. But we didn’t want to take it for granted. I’m so excited to share it with you all today, that we’ve released an ‘Instant Help‘ section right inside the Wakeupsales CRM app.

If you’re in the middle of using your Wakeupsales CRM account, & feel like getting a clearer idea of how the page works, what you can do with it or simply say ‘Hi’ to us… we’re just a click away.

Every page will have its own Instant Help section. Just look for the ‘Question Mark (?)‘ icon on the top right corner of your screen. There’re so many reasons to love this new addition…
